Onsite Demonstrations

We offer free onsite training in the following counties: Los Angeles, Orange, Ventura, San Bernardino and surrounding counties. During the onsite training, we will bring multiple timeclocks along with a projector to showcase the software's benefits and features. The onsite training lasts between 30 to 60 minutes. Training and Installation

Unlike most time & attendance e-commerce stores, TimeClockPros does not leave you in the dark. At TimeClockPros, we offer training and installation for a wide variety of punch clocks, attendance systems and biometric time clocks -- either purchased from TimeClockPros or any other store. Maintenance and Warranties

Maintenance:

TimeClockPros offers multiple Annual Maintenance Plans:
Annual Time Clock Maintenance Agreement: Annual contract for punch clocks and time stamps.
For time and attendance system annual maintenance agreements, please contact us.

Warranties:

At TimeClockPros, all time and attendance products come with a 1 year manufacturer limited warranty, which covers hardware defects. All warranty repairs will be complete within 48 hours upon receiving. TimeClockPros is not responsible for shipping costs. Please review our return/exchange policy.

Repairs

At TimeClockPros we offer onsite and nationwide* repairs. Our certified technicians at TimeClockPros offer repairs, services, maintenance agreements and recyle all time clock models and brands. At TimeClockPros we conduct repairs within 24 to 48 hours from product arrival.
