Return Policy

No returns will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and products shipped to Time Clock Pros without an RMA number may be returned to you with no credit issued. All products must be received by our Returns Processing Center within 14 days of receiving a Return Authorization Number. Items received after 14 days will be refused.

RP1 - Defective/DOA

 All hardware products are covered by a manufacturer warranty against defects for a period of 1 year from purchase date.

A Return Material Authorization Number can be requested up to 14 days from the invoice date. After 14 days from your invoice date, you must obtain an approval from Time Clock Pros representatives. Replacement product orders will not be shipped until the original item has been returned, received and inspected. Once the item has been confirmed defective, the replacement will be shipped. If the defective item is being returned for credit, the credit will not be issued until the item has been inspected and confirmed defective. We can, however, ship new product with a secure payment and issue credit once the returned product has been processed. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

RP2 - Unopened Product

If the manufacturer's factory seal is intact you may return an unopened product for exchange or credit within 14 days from the invoice date. *Please note: some products are non-returnable. Unopened products return requested after 14 days from the invoice date will be subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee.

RP3 - All Returns

 All RMA numbers must appear on the shipping label(s) we provide. PLEASE DO NOT MARK ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX. All items must be returned with original packaging, including all warranty cards, manuals, cables, accessories, components, etc. A 50% restock will be charged to returns that do not include all of the original components. Products shipped to Time Clock Pros without original packaging may be returned to you with no credit issued. PLEASE NOTE: When returning product it is highly suggested to use a traceable shipping method (FedEx, UPS, etc.). All products must be received by our Returns Processing Center within 14 days of receiving a Return Authorization Number. Items received after 14 days may be refused. Please note some products are non-returnable. If you have questions about an items return policy, please contact our sales department.

RP4 - Software

Only unopened packaged software is returnable up to 14 days from the invoice date. All other software is non-returnable. Once you have registered the software it is non-returnable, all requests for a duplicate software serial number will be charged a fee of $45.00.

RP5 - Custom Products

Any and all custom products are non- returnable, including custom software, custom engravings and custom punch clocks.

RP6 - Hardware

All the products sold on Time Clock Pros include a 1 year limited warranty. If products are DOA or defective, a full refund or exchange will be granted with 14 days. Please refer to RP1, RP2 and RP3 of this Return Policy.

The customer is responsible for all shipping charges and insurance on all return shipments unless it falls under manufacturer warranty defect.

Any deviation from the return policy outlined above will result in a delay of your refund, additional restocking fees, or refusal of your return.
