AMG Attendance Software is a user-friendly, flexible and full featured employee management tool which allows controlling your employees’ attendance by automating timekeeping and attendance tracking. It captures data from electronic data terminals such as Badge Readers, Fingerprint Reader, Biometric Hand Reader which includes the Schlage HandPunch HP4000 and simultaneously allows for optional PC entry. Based on those IN and OUT punches polled from the devices, it automatically calculates employees’ working time and wages.

Hand Geometry Technology

The Schlage HandPunch HP4000 uses Schlage’s field-proven hand geometry biometric technology. The HandPunch HP4000 captures an image of the hand each time the employee punches. The hand’s size and the shape are used to verify their identity with unparalleled accuracy. No fingerprints or palm prints are utilized. The technology works well indoor as well as in harsh environments.

Programmable For Your Needs – Ten user-definable data management options let you collect and/or display data as employees punch in, such as department transfers, tips collected, job codes or pay codes. The Schlage HandPunch HP4000 may also be used to allow employees to review punches, job schedules, vacation time accumulated, hours worked and more.

Manage Schedules by Employee – Individual employee schedules may be downloaded to the Schlage HandPunch HP4000 to restrict the times that an employee can punch, reducing unauthorized overtime.

Built-in Bar Code Reader – When a badge is required for identification, the Schlage HandPunch HP4000 is available with an integrated bar code reader. The swipe-style reader supports the most poplar bar code formats and allows for infrared badges.

Every Schlage HandPunch HP4000 biometric hand reader contains a silver-based anti-microbial agent-which is embedded into the materials used to produce the platen, providing a finish that inhibits the growth of a broad spectrum of bacteria, mold, and fungi and remains active for the life of the Schlage HandPunch HP4000.
