AMG Attendance System is a user-friendly, flexible and full featured employee management tool which allows controlling your employees’ attendance by automating timekeeping and attendance tracking. It captures data from electronic data terminals such as Badge Readers, Fingerprint Readers, Biometric Hand Readers which includes the HandPunch HP4000E and simultaneously allows for optional PC entry. Based on those IN and OUT punches polled from the devices, it automatically calculates employees’ working time and wages.

Hand Geometry Technology

The Schlage HandPunch 4000E uses Schlage’s field-proven hand geometry biometric technology. The Schlage HandPunch HP4000E captures an image of the hand each time the employee punches. The hand’s size and the shape are used to verify their identity with unparalleled accuracy. No finger or palm prints are utilized. The technology works well indoor as well as in harsh environments.

Programmable For Your Needs – Ten user-definable data management options let you collect and/or display data as employees punch in, such as department transfers, tips collected, job codes or pay codes. The Schlage HandPunch HP4000E may also be used to allow employees to review punches, job schedules, vacation time accumulated, hours worked and more.

Manage Schedules by Employee – Individual employee schedules may be downloaded to the Schlage HandPunch 4000E to restrict the times that an employee can punch, reducing unauthorized overtime.

Built-in Bar Code Reader – When a badge is required for identification, the Schlage HandPunch 4000E is available with an integrated bar code reader. The swipe-style reader supports the most poplar bar code formats and allows for infrared badges.
